DAIL is a fast-growing AI startup founded by researchers and engineers from top AI labs. We have published  a number of  high-impact results including NeurIPS, ICCV, CVPR, AAAI and patents in LLM inference optimization, light-weight model development and edge development. As we are propelling the cutting-edge AI research in architecture, we are also focusing the real-life application of our research, plugging directly into everyday products—DAIL-chat, voice assistants, customer-service bots, robotics platforms, and more…

DAIL-Chat

We are building a multilingual, privacy-first conversational AI agent that distills long-context reasoning into concise answers. Focusing on retrieval-augmented generation, hallucination mitigation and token-efficient inference, outperforming the currently existed light-weight LLMs in the market.

DAIL-AI for Daily Life

Applications of on-device AI modules that understand voice, images, and environment signals to proactively assist users at home, at work, and on the go. Focusing on TinyML compression, multimodal fusion, latency-aware decision making.

DAIL-Machantronics

By integrating our proprietary AI models with self-developed hardware devices, we are able to create innovative productivity solutions that significantly enhance work efficiency and streamline daily tasks.

What you will get

Mentorship & Publications

In DAIL,  you will collaborate with AI engineers and researchers; publish or open-source when results are novel. If you are not familiar with AI, don’t worry, we have already made the cultivation plan for beginners starting from classic ML/AI concepts to coding implementation to the project-level application.

Autonomy & Impact

If you have already an experienced enginner or research in AI, you will own a vertical from day 1, after communicating with our research scientists. Your project will ship to tens of thousands of active users within months.

Resource Stack & Location

Multi-node Graphic cluster, private 5G lab network for edge tests, industrial robot arms, and a seed-funded 18-month runway. 

Location – Hybrid. Our HQ is in Beijing / Chengdu, with satellite offices in Singapore and Sydney. Remote options are possible for exceptional candidates.
